Solution for Cartoon HD Not Working
The issues that users face generally fall under three categories (as per reports) –
- App not opening/crashing issue
- The video not playing an issue
- Video low-quality issue
You too must be facing any of these issues, but don’t worry as all of your issues will get resolved in no time. Read along for the fixes for the aforementioned issues.
App Not Opening/Crashing Issue
This is the most common issue that Cartoon HD users experience sometimes. Since the app is a third-party app, a number of Android users have to face this problem. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean that there is a virus or something. Simply do the following and you will be fine –
- Go to your device’s settings.
- Go to app settings.
- Look for Cartoon HD.
- From there – clear its cache and storage (it will clear your watched history and saved videos so please beware).
- Restart your device.
The issue will get resolved after that. The cache memory gets flooded and lower-end devices often have a hard time in processing it, that’s why the app crashes.
Video Not Playing Issue
This is yet another common issue that users face at times. There can be two reasons for the video not playing. Firstly, try resetting the app to its original state (i.e. clearing the cache and storage). If the issue still persists, then you should try resetting your internet connection. Since Cartoon HD streams all of its videos in Full HD nowadays, you might need a decent internet connection. Be sure to check that your internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is working fine. Put your smartphone/tablet on Airplane Mode for a while and then turn it off. This should fix the internet issue related to mobile data.
Video Low-Quality Issue
You may face this issue if your internet is running slowly. Good-quality playback requires good bandwidth and a stable internet connection. So, be sure that you have at least 3G (in case you’re using mobile data) or a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise, the high-quality playback would suffer greatly in case of slow internet. However, Cartoon HD has video quality to suit all types of internet connections. Try lowering the video quality to 720p and it might run nicely on your device without hiccups.
